LONDON (Thomson Reuters Foundation) - At least 80 million children living in areas affected by war or natural disaster had their education disrupted last year, leaving them prey to child labor, trafficking and extremism, experts said on Thursday.
Many humanitarian aid appeals for 2015 ignored education, and aid appeals for education were only one-third funded. Overall, education received 1.4 percent of all humanitarian funds, British charity Theirworld said in a report.
"The new analysis ...(confirms) 2015 was a disastrous year for children who had their education disrupted by wars and natural disasters," said Susan Nicolai, head of development progress at the London-based think tank Overseas Development Institute.
"World leaders need to urgently guarantee that there isn't a future humanitarian emergency response where education isn't seen as critical," said Nicolai, whose institute's research produced the 80 million figure featured in the report.

The English Democratic Party merged with several other smaller parties prior to the launching program. In 2004, it made its first big merge with the Reform UK Party, even though the party was a minute splinter group. Finally, the party underwent its final merging activity with the New England Party in the month of February, 2007. English Democracy was thus reinstated after a long period of time. Since this land is dwelt by people who do not mingle into political matters, only a section of the people tends to take politics seriously, only so that it can aid them in their careers.

Only electorates, at the time of election shuffle around, getting busy with the arrangements. Since the insular human race finds it much preferable to cherish their privacy, someone has to take up the job of running the kingdom peacefully. More so, it best be a party that is dedicated to welfare of the citizens. English Democracy had proven worthwhile for the benevolence of the nation. It has taken several steps to restore the greenery of England and preserve the foliages to flourish the tourist industry and make the nation eco-friendly. Secondly, the English Democratic Party has also taken initiative to protect and maintain the historical structures of the nation. The monuments and palaces that bear our rich history need to be secured so that the future generation can also be a witness to the valor and glory of our forefathers.

Who Takes the TOEFL vs. the TOEIC
The TOEFL measures the test-taker's ability to function in an English-speaking academic environment. The target test-taker for the TOEFL is a candidate for higher education in an English-speaking country. The TOEIC, on the other hand, measures the ability to function in a general work environment. This test is used in nonacademic settings as a measure of the ability of a current or potential employee to communicate effectively in English in a variety of business settings and situations.

Test Formats
The TOEFL is a four-section test that includes sections for reading, listening, speaking and writing. It is taken exclusively on the computer. The TOEIC is broken into two separate but complementary exams: the Reading and Listening Test, which is a paper-and-pencil test, and the Speaking and Writing Test, which is taken on a computer. The exams are broken up in this way so potential employers can choose to measure an employee's reading and listening or speaking and writing skills only, or all four language skills. The Reading and Listening Test will take about two-and-a-half hours to complete, and for the Speaking and Writing Test, the speaking section will last about 20 minutes, and the writing section will take 60 minutes to complete.

The English Democratic Party is a syndicate of English federalists who formed a party that is committed to the formation of a new Parliament that is devolved. This Parliament enjoys similar grant of power as is designated to the Scottish Parliament. This party somehow does not subscribe to the independence of the English. Considering themselves equivalent to the other existing parties of Plaid Cymru and Scottish National Party, this party has the moot point of proving their slogan which is Not left, not right, just English. The English Democrats had won the local election in 2009. English Democracy is still strong in popularity among the Englanders.
