Each unit of work follows the same genre-approach methodology and addresses each of the seven reading strategies. See Figure 1 for a list of the seven strategies and how they correspond with questions frequently encountered on the TOEIC test.

The English Democratic Party is a syndicate of English federalists who formed a party that is committed to the formation of a new Parliament that is devolved. This Parliament enjoys similar grant of power as is designated to the Scottish Parliament. This party somehow does not subscribe to the independence of the English. Only electorates, at the time of election shuffle around, getting busy with the arrangements. Since the insular human race finds it much preferable to cherish their privacy, someone has to take up the job of running the kingdom peacefully. More so, it best be a party that is dedicated to welfare of the citizens. English Democracy had proven worthwhile for the benevolence of the nation. It has taken several steps to restore the greenery of England and preserve the foliages to flourish the tourist industry and make the nation eco-friendly. Secondly, the English Democratic Party has also taken initiative to protect and maintain the historical structures of the nation. The monuments and palaces that bear our rich history need to be secured so that the future generation can also be a witness to the valor and glory of our forefathers.

With each new group has come an infusion of new vocabulary. Some element of comprehension of that historical perspective can explain to students both the richness of expression and vocabulary that English possesses, plus the maddening inconsistencies in English spelling and pronunciation. I'm no authority on other languages and I'm not saying that English is the best language in the world but, as I've taught English to others over the years, my own appreciation of it has grown� immeasurably and I've really come to love it.

English Democratic Party was first formed in 1998 by Robin Tilbrook. Responding to the calls of assignment of power in Wales and Scotland, Tilbrook formed and named the party as the English National Party. This party was actually a reformation of what was formed in 1960. However, since the older party became dysfunctional due to corruption and unfavorable circumstances, the need to restore its glory was necessitated. Fortunately, Tilbrook�s party included members from the pressure group of Campaign for an English Parliament. The Campaign party was entitled to lobby in favor of the devolved English Parliament. English Democracy was launched through the promotion of this party in the month of September, 2002.

Most management education is provided by universities and management or business schools. Almost every university is offering business and management courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. Some business schools also offer short management training courses. Most of the colleges also developed links with universities. Students can have the opportunity to study certain courses at a further education college, many courses lead to internationally recognized business qualifications that are awarded by independent examining bodies, for instance, the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry International Qualification (LCCI IQ). LCCI IQ provides a range of business qualifications in finance, secretarial, marketing, languages and information technology.
