The first basic process of paper manufacturing involves 'chemical pulping'. In this process the lignin (a chemical compound of wood) is separated from cellulose fibers. The papers made from chemical pulping are called wood papers. Further, there are two processes for this the first one is called the Sulfite process practiced before the First World War and which is now outdated. The contemporary pulping process is known as Kraft process. During the pulping process of separating lignin from cellulose fiber, excessive heat is produced as a result of the chemical separation and subsequent reaction. This heat is used by paper mills to run its generators and thus gives ample opportunity for the owners of these mills to be self reliant in generation of power and run paper mills. Organizations usually allow employees to study business English during working time. Surprisingly most employees do not like studying on company time because they are too busy working. They prefer to learn English on their own time.

One famous study was done by Profiles of SAT and Achievement Test Takers, The College Board, 1998. The researchers who conducted this study concluded that students who participate in music score higher on the SAT. Another popular SAT study showed that students who performed music scored 57 points higher on the verbal and 41 points higher on the math, than those who were not musical. Students who take music appreciation classes score 63 points higher on the verbal and 44 points higher on the math, compared to students who don't participate in the arts.

Music education is extremely beneficial for children and adults. If you type "benefits of music education" into a search engine you will discover tons of research done on the positive effects music education has on people. The best-known benefits of music education are improved SAT scores, literacy, and social skills.

Most business English training involves English teachers visiting companies once or twice a week or employees attending language schools. E-learning is growing as an alternative for learning business English.
